TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.killeenna.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
The currency used is € (EUR) and a 25% Danish sales tax/VAT is included in all our prices, unless the package is being sent outside the EU. Please see below under the section Customs & Sales tax/vat.
Prices do not include service, credit card payment and delivery charges. Tax-free shopping on killeenna.com is not available.
Kille Enna reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.
We accept payments by PayPal. Kille Enna reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there is enough funds to cover the purchase sum, and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. Kille Enna Aroma reserves the right to deny any purchase.
PayPal is the preferred way to pay online due to its safety and speed. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed trough checkout in just a few clicks.
PayPal takes the payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment
details are never shared on the Internet.
Your PayPal account will only be debited after your order has been dispatched from our
warehouse. For PayPal payments, general PayPal security terms apply.
CUSTOMS & SALES TAX/VAT
If your order is placed from a EU country you will have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT but no customs fee. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT but you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. Kille Enna is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. All orders are dispatched from Denmark. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced (Track & Trace). All enquiries regarding shipping, tracking number and returns please use: email@example.com. Please note that all prices, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Shipping fees in € (EUR) will be displayed in checkout.

We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) with the exception of peak periods where this may take longer. Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. Kille Enna cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delayed in Customs.

International orders will be delivered within 1-10 days from the day you
received your tracking number.
Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses and not to P.O. box addresses.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, we are happy to help you exchange or return it. The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Please return products undamaged and unused accompanied by the invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
Before returning your order, for whatever reason, please contact our customer service first:

including receipt and await our return confirmation. We will let you know when we receive and approve your return. Then we’ll issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return, or confirm and send the item you would like in exchange. All exchanges are free of charge, and final returns are at your own expense.

We recommend you to choose a shipping company which offers tracking. Insure the shipment or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are as protected as possible if the package is lost or damaged along the way. The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches our warehouse and are confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Shipping charges on returns and exchanges are at your own expense. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipping, at first hand please contact the shipping company.
Faulty products will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty products can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. If you have a claim, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org including Invoice ID number, photos of the claim and a description of the claim.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. All fees in connection with the return delivery of unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.
Kille Enna does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, info and prices, errors may occur.
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. Killeenna.com will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety.
For the safety of your personal information, we use SLL encryption on all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser when SSL is activated.
Cookies are used by killeenna.com in order to improve your experience when browsing and using the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Killeenna.com may not operate properly when cookies are disabled in your web browser.
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law and the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
